Richard Miller
Chief Executive Officer, Executive Producer.
Richard is an entrepreneur
with many credits. Guardian Entertainment Richard's current foray into
film production and post-production using only HD technology. As an early
adopter of HD he has pioneered the use of 24P as a viable film medium.
For the last 9 years has functioned as CEO for the oldest online public
relations and promotion company in the United States. He is experienced
in large-scale negotiations and administers companies running the gamut
from high technology to aviation management and many in between. His ties
with the media world are extremely advantageous to these projects. He is
also a qualified space sciences and space technology pioneer with several
patents in the field of laser technology. Richards credits in HD include
Out of the Darkness and Anne B. Real, as well as countless shorts,
commercials and music videos. Guardian Entertainment is currently in
pre-production/developement for 7 features as well as a package of 10
very special films.

Anita Agair
Production Coordinator for Guardian. Anita, began her career in the
television and theater arts business in Hungary. After arriving in the
United States, Anita worked in many capacities for several television companies,
including MSNBC. She found her true passion in Film Making and joined
Guardian as a development and management executive.

Douglas
Forbes
Senior Editor. Originally from Boston, Doug freelanced
as an audio and RF engineer in Boston, Rhode Island and San Francisco.
Doug attended the New York Institute of Technology and went on to
form his own successful post-production house, Post Office Editorial.
His clients have included; ABC, Animal Planet, Bally’s Fitness,
President Clinton, Martha Stewart, Showtime and Sony Music. A rare
combination of creative editor and skilled technician, Doug has
served as tech support for some of the largest production houses.
His last feature edit won the prestigious Rome Film festival award
as well as the Tiburon film festival award. His audio engineering
work can be seen on the premiere episode of ABC’s series,
“Houston Medical.” His film editing credits include
“Anne B. Real” with Ernie Hudson, and “Returning
Mickey Stern” with Joseph Bologna and Tom Bosley.

Hanne
O'Brien
Senior HD XPRI Editor. Hanne began her editing career at
Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN helping to bring their broadcast
technology to the non-linear age. She began a freelance career in
Minneapolis working for several non-profit companies. She also helped
to create a filmmaking program for students at her alma mater, which
spawned many new classes in the Communications department.. After
a year working in England, she returned to the States where she
worked as an assistant editor and continued to update herself on
the newest technology. Her passion has brought her to Guardian Entertainment
taking the position as Senior HD Editor. Since coming to Guardian,
she has worked on everything from commercials and music videos to
feature films and their trailers. Her crossover into the HD world
has allowed her to work with many talented people who share her

Terese Tenseth
Hailing from Winona Minnesota, Terese is a recent graduate of Western Wisconsin
Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin, where she obtained her Degree
in Visual Communications. She then decided to come to New York to take a six
week intensive course on film editing. During the class, Terese was a
Additional Editor on multiple films. Over the 6 weeks, she landed a Full Time
Internship with Guardian, and decided not to move back to the Midwest. She's
been here ever since...

Jovanna Mendez
Sound Design and Audio Engineer
Jovanna is a great asset to the Guardian
Entertainment team. Her love of music has led her to acquire a knowledge
in the audio field. Jovanna graduated from the Institute Of Audio Research
where she learned the art of post-production. She is currently putting her
knowledge to work here at Guardian while also learning the ins and outs of
video editing.

Clem
Turner
General
Counsel
Clem has been practicing law for over ten years for many prestigious firms. For the first five years of his career, he practiced at two
prominent large law firms in New York City. During this stage of his career, Clem worked on
a variety of corporate transactional matters, totalling more than $2.5
billion. Next, Clem explored the Entertainment Law practice as the Vice President of
Business and Legal Affairs for a film promotion, exhibition and distribution
company. Before joining the team at Guardian, Mr. Turner practiced both
corporate and Entertainment Law at a boutique law firm in mid-town
Manhattan. Mr. Turner is a graduate of Princeton University and Georgetown University
Law School. He is a member of the bar in both New York and California.

Peter
W. P. Benson
Treasurer,
Production Insurance Consultant. Peter is well versed in all
aspects of insurance and runs a successful brokerage in New York.
Peter has 40 years experience organizing both small and large companies'
